BOARD ELECTION - 2026
Important Dates:
*Our Town Hall Open Forum will be held this week on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. at the clubhouse. During the Town Hall, each candidate will have the opportunity to introduce themselves, after which all candidates will be asked the same three questions. These questions will focus on the following categories:
- Finance
- Grounds
- Amenities
- Long-term planning

*ELECTION – Election Day is on March 5th at Seaside United Methodist Church – Fellowship Hall
1300 Seaside Road SW. Sunset Beach, NC 28468. Time: 6:00 PM Annual Meeting followed by Election
A total of four candidates will be running for three available positions. The two candidates receiving the highest number of votes will serve three-year terms (March 2026–March 2029). The third-place candidate will serve a one-year term (March 2026–March 2027).
